THE RULE
The Daily Watch is governed by four simple rules:
10 minutes minimum
One-on-one
Device-free
Daily
Consistency matters more than intensity.
These are simple rules that protect the practice.
And practices shape men.
THE LANES
Each day, choose one lane.
Move together
Walk, work out, throw a ball, move side by side.
Build together
Fix something, learn a skill, create or practice.
Be still together
Pray, read, ask a question, speak a blessing, sit quietly.
Choose one lane per day. Keep it simple.
THE CHARGE
If you choose to begin, protect ten minutes today. Then return tomorrow.
Put it on the calendar.
Name it to your son.
Show up.
This is not a program.
It is a practice.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
You’ll receive the full charge by email.
You’ll begin within 72 hours.
After seven days, you’ll hear from me with a brief word of encouragement.
Completion of the Daily Watch is recognized as a catalytic threshold within the Mighty Men Path.
