NAVIGATOR

A father-son journey of direction and responsibility.

Built deliberately.

What This Commitment Means

Navigator is a 12-month father-son commitment.

It isn’t a new program.

It’s a deepening of the work you’ve already begun — or know you need to begin.

This season focuses on one central shift:

Not just learning what is right.
But choosing it when no one is enforcing it.

Navigator is not about becoming impressive.

It’s about becoming steady.

Who Navigator Is Designed For

Navigator is for fathers who feel something shifting in their son.

Maybe he’s capable — but drifting.
Maybe he’s responsible — but inconsistent.
Maybe he’s growing — but testing limits.

This is for fathers willing to stay present when leadership gets quieter.

You do not have to be perfect.
You do have to be willing to hold a line.

If you have not completed Pathfinder but are ready to lead intentionally now, Navigator is still available to you. The question is not whether you’ve checked a box. The question is whether you’re ready to step into steady leadership.

Navigator is not outsourced development.

It is father-led direction.

THE

STRUCTURE

Each month includes:

  • A clear, weight-bearing Charge

  • Two or more lived Trials

  • Scripture that frames the month

  • An intentional father-led Council

  • Space for reflection without over-explanation

This is not more content.

It is clearer direction.

The father leads.
The son carries.
Scripture steadies both.

Over 12 months, something quiet changes.

Reminders decrease.
Ownership increases.
Excuses thin.
Integrity becomes visible.

More importantly:

The father changes.

Because in this season, leadership becomes less about explaining and more about standing.

Navigator does not rush maturity.

It reveals it.

THE

OUTCOME

Navigator culminates in a season of discernment.

Near the end of the year, fathers and sons step into a separate moment of reflection and recognition. For some, this includes participating in the Voyage, a distinct rite of passage where readiness is publicly witnessed.

For others, it becomes a clear confirmation that more time is needed.

Navigator prepares you to recognize readiness.
It does not guarantee it.

ENROLLMENT AND INVESTMENT

Navigator opens twice per year.

When enrollment closes, the cohort begins together.

Why Continue the Journey?

Formation is cumulative.

Belonging leads to responsibility.
Responsibility leads to direction.
Direction leads to clarity.

Navigator helps ensure your son does not drift just as he becomes capable.

This is not about moving up.

It is about moving inward.

How much time does Navigator require each month?

Navigator includes one father-son Council, two lived Trials, and a weekly Scripture rhythm. It fits into normal life, but it asks for consistency.

Most fathers find it’s not more time than Pathfinder, just more intention.

What if we miss a week?

You will miss a week at some point. That’s normal. Navigator isn’t about perfection — it’s about steady leadership.

When life interrupts, you resume the rhythm without softening the standard.

Is Navigator only for Pathfinder families?

Pathfinder provides strong preparation, but it is not a prerequisite.

If you’re ready to lead consistently and hold responsibility calmly, you can begin here.

What age is Navigator designed for?

Navigator works best for boys who can carry real responsibility and have honest conversations.

For most families, that means early to mid-teens, but readiness matters more than age.

Is this a Bible study?

No. Scripture isn’t studied academically. It becomes the ground you stand on together.

There are no quizzes or lectures, just Scripture, a clear Charge, and lived responsibility.

What if I don’t feel equipped to lead this?

You don’t need to be a pastor. You need to be steady. Navigator shapes you as you lead.

Your son doesn’t need polished answers, he needs calm direction.

The Decision

Navigator is not about pressure.

It’s about direction.

Your son is growing.

The question is whether his direction will be intentional.

Restoring rites of passage. Walking with fathers. Forming mighty men.
